Vintage Canadian Ceramic - Beauceware And More. An industry that has now largely disappeared from Canada, but that flourished in the 40 to 60's. Beauceware (Beauce), Laurentian, Blue Mountain, and Evangeline to name a few, have gone out of business after leaving a rich heritage of ceramics that were used in everyday life in Canada.
Are you a Beauceware collector? I have a very interesting pale green boat-shaped dish. It may be a planter or a serving dish. It's shaped like an Italian gondelier or a Viking ship - I'm not sure which. Are you interested in seeing a picture?
